Terms of service

After an order is placed we will beginning building it from scratch within 3 days
The build process will take 3-4 weeks
We will ship your furniture to you and it should arrive within a week after that.
If your order ships FedEx Ground it will be delivered to your door
If your order is too large for FedEx, it will be shipped LTL with a carrier. The carrier will deliver the furniture to your house but you must be home to sign for the furniture. Drivers will deliver the furniture on a pallet and will get it as close to your house as possible. The driver will not unpack, take away packaging material, or help you carry the furniture into your house. Please arrange to have someone available to help you haul it into your home if it’s a heavy or large piece.
Local Pick up - If you want to pick up your item, you may select Customer Pick Up at check out to avoid the delivery fee. We will call you when your order is ready to pick up and schedule that with you.
