Refund policy
My ultimate goal is to get you furniture that can last a lifetime and we’re very confident you’ll fall in love.
Of course if anything arrives damaged we’ll give you a full refund and pay for return shipping
We also understand that sometimes you can change your mind after a purchase. If you’d like to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll schedule a pick up for your item. We will ask that you pay return shipping (up to $250 for larger items). This allows us to keep our pricing down.
Custom Orders: We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom-made items. Each custom order is created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Large items shipped via LTL must be inspected for damage before signing and refused at delivery if damaged by the carrier. If you see any holes in packaging, any tears in the plastic, or have any suspicions at all, please make sure to note it with the carrier on delivery. Claims cannot be made with LTL carriers if the customer signs for delivery.
